If I could give 0 stars, I would. Did the opposite of everything I ask. I asked for a medium low fade and got a high fade. She asks if I want it Slicked back or to the side. I say to the sides. She asks how much off the top I say 1 inch she takes off half of what I had. She asks for gell and I say no, and she proceeds to put gell in my hair. I am beyond upset right now.

This new lady cut my hair as if she had no patience. She was very rough with the clipped and they kept turning off in the middle of the cuts. When I told her that I was not happy with the haircut she told me “ why are you complaining it’s a good haircut it will frown back in a week “ she had crappy customer service and demanded that I stayed put in the chair to finish. I told her NO and she insisted to try and cut my hair. I walked out angry and she did not seem bothered I didn’t even pay she embarrassed me and made it very awkward for the customers that we’re waiting. Never again on pacific Ave in yuma.

Leah gives a great haircut. She is very professional and extremely nice. Definitely will be going back in the future.
