My husband went to get a haircut today with a Cindy and she cut him badly all around his neck. They shouldn’t let inexperienced incompetent ppl work there.

Used the online check in and got a notification that my stylist was ready. Showed up with-in 20 minutes of getting the notification. I have now been waiting over an hour. I’m using my free time to write this review as I wait in the lobby that has no chairs. It was especially helpful that the girl at front desk plays on her phone instead of giving me some type of update as I was the only one standing there and 2 people came in after me and have been seen while I continue to wait. Should have went to a real barber

Asked for a medium-low fade and ended up with some sort of high and tight/high fade. Very disappointed this has happened multiple times now
